The 2024 LeapFive Annual Party
On January 18, 2024, Thursday, the LeapFive annual party was held. After a year of braving through challenges together in the fiercely competitive market of 2023, LeapFive Technology, along with its team, persevered, faced difficulties head-on, and continued to innovate. The company overcame numerous challenges and achieved multiple pleasing results.
With hopes and enthusiasm for the future, Guangdong LeapFive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LeapFive Technology”) organized an online annual party on January 18, 2024, in Zhuhai and Shenzhen offices. The theme was “Embarking from the ‘Chip’, Joyfully Leaping through the Dragon Gate”. All colleagues gathered to welcome the upcoming Spring Festival.
This year’s annual party built on the previous year’s integration of online and on-site formats, adding several highlights in terms of venue interaction and game settings. Firstly, each branch venue enhanced its hosting and real-time interaction, boosting participation in regional games. Secondly, the game settings introduced different team competition rules, deepening colleagues’ understanding and fostering friendships. Thirdly, there was a strong call-to-action response, with colleagues from the Beijing office traveling to Shenzhen to participate in the on-site annual party, enhancing regional coordination.
The online annual party was divided into four main parts: Toast by CEO/CTO, annual awards, interactive games, and a lottery draw.

At the start of the annual party, Dr. Aglaia Kong, the CEO & CTO of LeapFive Technology, extended New Year greetings to everyone. He acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the employees throughout the year, affirming their achievements. He also expressed new expectations for the work in 2024.

Outstanding Employees
With a gathering of talents and a collective vision for the future, the past year saw everyone at LeapFive Technology embodying the spirit of hard work, unity, and innovation in their respective roles. Among them, a group stood out with exceptional performance and attitude, significantly contributing to the company’s growth, and injecting substantial momentum into its development.
Outstanding Team
The “Research and Development Platform Department One” was awarded as the outstanding team of the year. Their mission is “Daring to tackle challenges and responding swiftly.” This team possesses comprehensive R&D capabilities in the field of the Internet of Things, offering holistic solutions. In the new energy sector, they have the expertise to develop core products like BMS, providing LeapFive Technology with new growth opportunities in 2024.
Outstanding Project
The “Domestic Chip Replacement” project received the award for this year’s outstanding case. This project actively responded to the national policy of substituting domestic chips, fulfilling the requirements for domestic chip replacement and standard formulation at the State Grid Dispatch Control Center. It laid the foundation for LeapFive Technology to achieve the goal of full domestic production and self-reliance in NB2 board-level technology.
Summary and Planning
Following the awards, LeapFive Technology’s Vice President Boho Yuan concluded the recognitions and shared an analysis of the overall development plan and trends for 2024. Games
The games of this year’s annual party was diverse and full of highlights, taking place in both online and on-site formats. Thanks to the enthusiastic sponsorship from the company’s management, a plethora of red envelopes and a variety of prizes were prepared. The online games included competitions such as “Contender Quiz,” “Guess Who,” and “Brainiac Battles.”
On-site games also consisted of three segments: “Get Moving in 2024,” “Dragon Ball Sprint,” and “Rolling in Fortune.” These uniquely designed interactive activities transformed the participating employees into sports enthusiasts and lucky charmers, filling the venue with a lively atmosphere.
Lottery Draw
The annual party also featured an exciting lottery draw, eagerly anticipated by all. Sponsored guests conducted the draw using a raffle box, awarding prizes to several lucky employees: six third-place winners, four second-place winners, and one first-place winner.
Annual Dinner
The grand finale of the event was the annual dinner, held concurrently in Shenzhen and Zhuhai. At the dinner, colleagues raised their glasses in a toast, bringing the past year to a satisfying close and ushering in the new year with a prelude.
