Open source chip technology application seminar held in Shunde

In the 5G era of interconnection, chips are the key to success. Liang Zhaoxian, chairman and President of Galanz Group, said that chip technology can’t be bought, bought or won’t be obtained due to lack of core. We need to develop by leaps and bounds and master the core “neck sticking” technology of chips. With this in mind, Galanz, as a pioneer in the same industry, took the first step of “China chip” in 2019 and became the world’s first home appliance technology enterprise to realize independent chip research and development. In December last year, Galanz signed a cooperation agreement with Shunde District government and Henderson (China) investment Co., Ltd. to jointly build a world-class open source chip production research center in Shunde Shi initiated the establishment of Guangdong LeapFive Technology Co., Ltd. to vigorously promote the implementation of chip strategy.
At present, Glanz’s first chip “BF Xijiao” has been applied to Galanz’s household appliances, and “NB Shishan” has entered the testing stage. The chip project has become one of the two ten billion projects of Galanz.
The establishment of “China chip” open source chip ecological cooperation alliance is of great significance. The alliance will integrate all aspects of ecological resources, focus on industrial ecology, actively promote industry integration, and help products to better market, innovative development and intelligent symbiosis. The industrial ecological chain of open-source films creates “China core”, which enables Galanz to enter a more open and diversified science and technology industry ecosystem from a deep vertical industrial chain. The business platform extended simultaneously has also made more talents and countless ecological partners.
